This game is perfect. I also have an ASD kiddo who is OBSESSED with video games. This had been a great opportunity to ground him in reality—how what you see in your head isn’t always going to work by the rules of life, and then it shows you how to adjust. Character to big? Make him smaller.
Lines touching? Separate them. With the right conversation, it’s the perfect opening to connect an unconnected kiddo. It’s made a world of difference.

It’s a great way to allow younger kids to play video games, without losing them to the screen. Often, they will spend more time drawing and working out the kinks than playing the actual game, which is AMAZING. It’s a great mix.
