Once you download the app there’s no way to adjust your start date. So even though I’ve been taking the supplements for almost a month it still starts on Day 1. It would be great if I could adjust this. It would also be amazing to see where you should be in your progress week to week or month to month in the app. Such as: what should be changing? What should I be noticing? Etc.
Tried to go through the steps to begin use of this app with my Hum vitamins, but the app won’t move past Step 2/2 “Get reminded” where it asks me to allow notifications. I keep hitting the tab to allow notifications and also went into my phone’s settings to allow them. Still stuck. Can’t use it

Member Support Manager I seen allot of TikTok adds on these and figured I’d give them a shot! After I took the quiz I automatically got like a $45 discount! So before committing myself to this I emailed there customer support. The first customer support rep told me the price I checked out with would be my monthly charge. I wanted to make sure because it seemed to good to be true! I go the app to see when my second month will be sent weeks later and it’s a $40 UP CHARGE! I emailed support they got back to me and said “additional promos don’t count.” So I sent them a screenshot of the email they sent me prior before I gave them my card info. Obviously this company doesn’t care about its customers. I haven’t heard back from any representatives since I sent the email to them stating that I’d be at that flat price month to month.

1. PROGRESS RESET OPTION
No way to reset progress to Week 1 Day 1.
2. TRACKING SUPPLEMENTS
Supplemental schedule should have individual product select options to check-off actual supplements taken one by one and not an overall selection of “I Took My Hum Today” since we all know things don’t go as planned.
3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
The app has limited description about each supplement where the website is more thorough in describing each product. I also feel customer reviews are helpful and should be viewable within the app while planning your schedule. Seems like the app should link from website to pull in the complete information for each product.

Member Support Manager I really was excited to track progress through the app yet it still says I’m on day one. I’ve hit the “I took my Hum today” button about 6 times and it still gives me the option to hit it, it never updates to the next day. I had really high hopes for this app so please work on fixing that problem please!

Member Support Manager I want to love this app, but aside from managing my subscription, nothing else works correctly. In this app you can press a button to indicate you’ve taken your Hum supplements, but when you track your weekly progress the days only update sporadically and seemingly randomly (I’m on day 3 of week 3 but it still says day 1?). The list of supplements is also incomplete. One of the Hum supplements I’m taking isn’t on the list. For such a simple app that barely does anything, it’s disappointing. I wish the app did more, or at least did what it’s supposed to
