Awful product and App
This app is as bad as the actual lock product, sadly. It’s a shame, because if it worked even half the time it would be a worthwhile purchase. The app is barely readable (it’s not in English in many places) and the UI design is just terrible. It seems so jankety that I’m afraid to install it on my phone, so I’ve put it on an old phone that’s offline. I didn’t want to risk it being a spyware / key logging app.

Works after using a fail workaround
When I first tried to register an account within the app, I kept getting a fail message when requesting the required code. However, I discovered that the problem went away if I put one space before the spelling of my email address. I also have to do that when logging into the app now. With that problem out of the way, the app works just as expected.Show lessapmartinez08

does not work, just get "FAIL" when I try to register to get a sms code! this is horrible and of course the support is in China (I guess)

Terrible!!
Downloaded app yesterday, registered account, registered administrator fingerprint and several user prints and lock worked well. Went to login to app today to add my wife’s prints and couldn’t get into app. Keeps saying “fail”. Tried to reset password and when I request the “code” they are supposed to send to your email, the app again says “fail”. Absolutely no support for this product and is useless without having access to the app!!!Show lessGatekeeper / Keymaster
