I opened the box and inserted batteries and then opened their app only on my account (both apps that are available don’t work with the hardware properly) This update supposedly fixed the connection and lag but it didn’t. Not ready for the current age...
This works fine if all you want to do is record yourself. The tracking is a little slow but otherwise is okay...ONLY for recoding YOURSELF. Despite the app saying that you can use video calling apps, such as Skype, they lied to get you to buy the product. This does not work with Skype, or any other video calling app. It’ll connect you to your Skype, then dial some random “bot” that does not answer. In this day and age, where quarantine is part of daily life, people want to have a device that they can use for keeping in touch with family. This, unfortunately, is not it. I chatted with their customer service who then tells you they can’t help and to email them. You’ll email, hope-in-hand, and you won’t get a response. Of course. And a product that’s under $15...I should have known better.rikkireyes
