Doesn’t work with any other apps, it says it starts to record but where? It just works on camera but the apps. I chatted with costumer service they cannot help they ask me to send email. Will return if there is no solution ASAP.Kenderic

Doesn’t work as advertised
I cannot use the phone holder with FaceTime or Google duo without the stand constantly spinning in circles. It also records mg screen for some reason to do this but doesn’t allow me to see the recorded material. The bugs in this really do cause for some disappointment as I was hoping this would be a nice cheap alternative that would allow telecommunication to be easier with family during the pandemic. Please update the app to fix this so other users won’t experience this same issue. As for this unit, it will be returned from the original store of purchase and exchanged for a phone stand that is ten dollars less.Shadow of Demise
