Can’t create a new connection - app crashes
What’s worse is that you NEED the app to connect - there’s no connection option vu the website. So much about an ISP that makes it REALLY hard to connect to their services…

If this still does not work, you will need to contact your service provider ISP and report this issue. Openserve is a wholesale infrastructure provider to your internet service provider (ISP), we don’t have a view of you as a customer on our system, and we rely on the information provided to us by your chosen ISP. Contacting them will always be the fastest way to fix a whole range of problems.
