Disappointed

The background COLOR used once logged is extremely bad: blurry to the eyes, and looks very messy, confusing, and creates an unpleasant experience USING the new app.

Please update the background color within the app to something clearer, whiter to facilitate a better experience using the app.

The previous app was better in background color INSIDE THE APP. The outside color before logging in is extremely nice. The inside 0/10.

Video Chat

I did not like the video chat. It is difficult getting to speak to the same agent every time. I was declined for a secure loan. I have been with this credit union since 1983 and have never been denied a secure loan. What is the risk to the credit union when I am putting up all the cash for the loan? This is red lining at its highest level. Even when I put up cash for a loan, the loan is denied because of the color of my skin. This credit union is at its lowest level. I cannot believe that I wasted 40+ years with such a racist organization. And now, I can’t even deal with a live person. This is totally unacceptable.

Best Service ever

So I haven’t seen any other bank that offers this specific service! Not to mention it actually great customer service which is something I’ll go miles for and look forward to when doing anything from getting a pedicure to online banking. It’s super fast and convenient and it’s just like getting service at the teller but faster! What a great service

Connection issues

I’m been trying to reach a rep for 30mins now and the app won’t connect. Very troubling
