It’s ok.
This app could most definitely be better. My husband and I opened multiple account together. We have a couple shared/joint accounts along with personal accounts. We can only view the accounts we opened ourselves in the app, but not the joint accounts. The whole reason of having a joint checking and joint savings account is so we can transfer money into and out of those accounts (not attached to an atm card) and into our personal accounts that are attached to atm cards. In order for us to accomplish this, we have to go to the branch and use their machine to transfer money. This is NOT convenient and as a result, we have closed a few accounts and went back to our old bank. If this issue can be resolved, we would move back to PFFCU but until then, we will only keep our high yield savings and kids UTMA accounts here.
