I have deposited a check into my account three times only to have it taken out of the account that it was coming from and unavailable to me in my American heritage account for over a week. I have to call and fight American Heritage for it every time, even though I still have the original check. No one is ever respectful on the phone. I am looking forward to being done switching banks. Worst phone support and online banking app I’ve ever used.
