Misleading Marketing and App
I had been getting tons of social media ads for Suji BFR over the past few weeks so I decided to place an order.
In addition to taking forever to arrive, I was under the impression these were considered “auto-regulated BFR cuffs”. They are not!
Very upset with the misleading marketing. Additionally, the app keeps closing on my phone which is super annoying, especially when halfway through an assessment with a patient.
Hopefully I will be able to return them but they seem to be ghosting my emails at this point.
