I downloaded the app and tried to open an account, but it kept saying that I already signed up. I tried using other email addresses and I got the same message.

Good Customer Service, Horrible website/app

I was severely disappointed in the BitcoinIRA product after seeing all of the positive reviews. The website/app is extremely basic with zero analytics (portfolio growth %,$ etc.) I was told several months ago they were working on it, but first wanted to add more altcoins which they have yet to do. For all of the fees they charge you’d expect some basic analytics, but that’s not the case. The customer service is great when you can actually get a hold of them. Most of the time when you call the customer service you’re on hold for a long time before anyone picks up. They have a text phone number and email address for customer but they don’t always respond. If I knew BitcoinIRA had these issues, I’d have gone with a different company but at this point with all of the fees I already paid I’m stuck with BitcoinIRA.

Great Idea but…

Executed terribly…. Very slow process for the amount of fees that you’re paying and everytime there’s an issue they just want you to call them. Traditional ira company wired my money on a Friday, it didn’t hit my bitcoinira account until Monday afternoon, I couldnt execute a trade until Tuesday morning, and the orders took multiple days to execute. Please streamline this process!!!

Easy and simple

New customer and a new investor into crypto. Bitcoin IRA app made it simple and easy to get started. I also had a question and was able to speak with a customer service team member who resolved it so quickly. I think they’re the only cryptocurrency IRA with a phone number. Looking forward to investing more with the app.

Awesome Company!

Bitcoin IRA is an amazing company! I’ve never felt so safe having my money and my future invested somewhere before. All the representatives are knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve seen major growth in my retirement over the last couple of years. I’m so glad they created an app to make logging into my account super easy on my phone. It’s really easy to navigate and makes me feel comfortable that I can check my gains on the go!
