Barely worthwhile
At minimum, an investing app should display users’ performance over time. All I can see is my balance and holdings. Don’t make me do math to see how much I’ve gained or lost in my account over time.

App is terrible at verifying my email, it simply won’t work. Same with text message verification- also doesn’t work.

Their sales tactics are counter productive
*Update: I was not annoyed with the security verification I was annoyed at your reps’condescending tone. Acting like I didn’t know what a phone call was and trying to quickly get me off the phone sent up some red flags. Idk how you can try and respond when you weren’t in the conversation?

Security is our #1 priority at BitcoinIRA. We provide industry-leading security that includes verifying that anyone opening an account (which can include transferring funds from existing IRAs, etc.) is who they say they are through ID checks and video authentication. We do so to prevent theft and scams, and ensure the safety of all clients. It may sound surprising, but we have been able to deter many wrong-doers from accessing or opening fraudulent accounts; and hence been able to protect our clients' assets and identities.
