Great Product staffed with Great people
Mixed Bag
The Bitcoin app works well. However behind the scenes BitcoinIRA does not always perform. If I try to trade after hours and the system fails to execute, I am forced to wait until 930am of the next business day until anything can get fixed. And when the market moves away from me, this can become very frustrating. The fees are high. At times, the service level is not.
