Things you could work on

why do i have to login EVERY time i get out the app itโ€™s annoying and unnecessary

Super handy! I love that it has a percentage of how much youโ€™ve paid, and so much easier to do extra payments rather then waiting on the phone.

Canโ€™t paste in text fields

Not possible to paste either my account number, or my password. This means Iโ€™m not able to choose a super-secure password, because Iโ€™m limited to something short enough to type in every time. One star.

Developers: please fix

Unable to register

When trying to register I repeatedly get the message that the account is invalid and I need to input a valid email. I am putting in the email address that DentiCare already sends me emails to!

Doesnโ€™t promote the use of complex passwords

Unable to use a password manager to set complex passwords as the login screen will not allow you to paste in values. Everything must be typed in manually.

No way to change a password unless you say youโ€™ve forgotten it

Feature suggestions

Overall a very useful and decent app to keep track of payments. A few things that you could add in the app are:
- Copy & Paste ability
- Live chat support if possible
- Ability to save login details without using faceID
- Options to change when you want to pay

Super handy

I found this super easy to register for. As soon as I logged on I could see immediately an overdue amount. I was able to simply click pay now where the funds were debited without me having to re-verify banking details. Awesome. I like how it has the percentage of how close you are to paying it off. Iโ€™ve been wondering this for a while. Thanks for the app!!!

A great time saver

Very glad that this was introduced since I hate waiting on the phone!

Cant Login

I cant login/sign up to my account, keeps saying my email is wrong when I try to sign up

It may have occurred because the information we have been provided does not replicate the information you are entering in the App. Or there could be an encoding issue surrounding special characters that's unique to Apple keyboards. We look forward to helping you resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

Canโ€™t sign up. Wonโ€™t accept any email address. All other details correct.

The information entered reflects what was provided to us on your Payment Plan contract. To confirm the information we have is correct please call our Customer Relations Team on 1300-186-404 and they will help you fix the problem. Other reasons could involve different encoding for special characters on Apple keyboards.
