Poor customer service and policy

My ID verification was declined with no reason. I have called customer service and contacted them through app but they were not able to provide me with the details and reason for declining my ID. Very disappointed with their decision. I am an honest and genuine person and have been using Uber car share and car next door for several years. ☹️

Overall ok

Overall, I had an ok experience with this app. I successfully rented a car for a very affordable amount. My biggest complaint is that there were some bugs in the app, including not being able to extend the trip.

Potential to be good , but needs work

I have used a lot of different car share apps but this one seems to have most issues within the app , delays in information be processed and button not showing up and information not showing.

The process is more complicated then it needs to be , there is no clear information on fuel eg to fill to certain amount

Stupid oil policy

I can't return the car with the same fuel levelas before. Who can teach me how to add no more than the original level of oil when the engine is turned off?Moreover, the customer service response is slow and unprofessional, and this software makes me sick.

Drop off process is VERY confusing

The process for drop off is very confusing. The app asked me to lock the car, then take the mandatory picture of both odometer and fuel gauge. This just doesn’t make sense as it means that I’d have to step out of the car then take the driver dashboard photo. The app also didn’t allow me to access my gallery which makes the whole process impossible. I ended up sending the picture to the car owner directly.

Great experience

As a host of model cars on Drive Mate there definitely has been some glitches here and there however the Drive Mate support team have been responsive and communicate communicated fast and have been fantastic during the process.

Better than Turo.

The app is getting better every month. Sure it has some bugs but the quality of the rental cars is great and the prices are insanely good in Brisbane.

App is not user friendly and shocking customer service

Had a shocking experience with customer service and each car is a different pick format which is stupid. App is heavy and not easy to navigate!
