I use carshares weekly, and though I’ve signed up to Drivemate, there’s a few niggles with it that mean its never the one I go to. Firstly, you can’t hire cars by the hour - the app only shows cars by the day. Secondly, you have to fill the car up every time you use it so it is returned with the same amount of fuel you got it, which adds time to any trip. Thirdly, the app doesn’t let you search for pet friendly cars. Fourthly, most of the cars near me seem to need me to meet the owner for the keys. There are a few cars near me that I’d want to use, but these things stop me from ever doing it. Hopefully they’ll get sorted soon.

Keeps crashing

This application is not friendly and keeps crashing, unable to accept and complete the bookings. Need to improve a lot.

App play up

App is playing up so badly, couldn’t end my trip, when booking had reopen the app every time when I changed date or times rather then automatically price being updated accordingly.

Clunky and misleading

Had 1 ok trip and one disaster - quote somehow went up by nearly $400 after a “glitch”. Messy system with really underwhelming support. Won’t be using again. Bring back Uber Carshare!
