Transfer from another DASH card
I had a card that was damaged so when I went to my appointment I received another card but the $25 balance on the damaged card didn’t transfer onto my new card. What to do?Developer Response

MyDash card has been withholding my money for the past week or so. And they keep blaming it on other errors and such. Every time I call and ask about the issue I keep having to be put through the same list of their customer service team approving the purchase and to wait 24 hours only to be met with the same issue. And every time I have tried to call and speak with a supervisor I’m put on hold for over 20 minutes. I experienced this habit in the past with another card company and I’m so disappointed to see that they’re completing the same lazy fraud protection practices.Show lessDeveloper Response
