Faster funding claim is based on a comparison of our policy making funds available upon receipt of payment instruction versus the typical banking practice of posting funds at settlement. I recently caught an unauthorized transaction for 150$ and disputed the transaction just for them to close my case and tell me there was a “lack of information”. I followed through with all the steps and they simply decided it was not worthy to refund me back. The 100$ is NOT worth it DO NOT USE THIS BANK. IT IS A COMPLETE JOKE.
