Does not work
I have had this app for months. Let’s me log in and it just keeps loading. Allows you to click on the side panel to click what you need and once you do it still continues to load. Yes, I have repeatedly deleted and reinstalled it, same thing. I even had customer service send a link, I clicked it same thing. When it was working it had the wrong insurance number for me. Spoke to customer service who couldn’t answer why the policy number was wrong. I put in the new information, refreshed app and guess what!!!! Still had the wrong policy number didn’t update the correct information . At this point just start over again. From the ratings it seems everyone is having issues.dndbrbrjdks
App doesn’t work
Try to register my policy to make a payment! The screen is completely white! I uninstalled the app ! Downloaded it again and the same crap! Frustrating!Bijoué
Won’t load anything
It’s not loading anything. The screen is white with a loading screen, no mater what I click to see. I can’t see my policy, cards or anything. I need to add a vehicle but can’t do anything at allKSLZSL

I’ve had this app for a year and I have load my card manually every time I want to make a payment, it’s extremely frustrating that I can sign up for payment alerts but never receive one..why do you have the option? Also you can’t update your account information!Hector Vialobo
Assurance America app
I have tried for nearly 2 weeks to get registered on this app. Every time I type in all information then press register the screen turns white I see a load symbol then nothing but white screen for 10 minutes then back to register screen with nothing filled out! I have deleted and downloaded again to the same thing.
Update: still same problem after 3 months so whateverBecky leal

Simply don’t work , just a broken app that you can download , after sign up just loads a white screen whit a loading symbol .angelot1995
