App says I’m still using it 30 mins after I returned it
I returned the charger and made sure the light came on to say it was put back correctly. 30 mins later the app still says I am using the charger. Went to the help section and found that the support email is hidden unless you have JavaScript. I had to go online to find their support email.lexajune
Stop making this difficult
I’m already mad I have to download an app instead of doing this on a web app, and then you make me MANUALLY enter a credit card with no option for ApplePay, PayPal, or anything virtual? No. Go away. Not even going to finish the transaction.Jmellars
