Keep Offline
After connecting AC to wifi it show offline all the time. I sure my wifi is at 2.4g. I use another app and work great. Please fix it.Doesn’t Work
I cannot get the “plug in” to load. My ac unit shows for a split second then disappears.Does not work
I have the portable AC with wifi connectivity. Every time I open the app it says “download plug-in failed”…Microwave

This app hardly will connect and stay online. Also, Amazon Alexa just about always reports it offline too.
So far the app has been worthless.Worthless with CAF-W36USW air cleaner
This App has no value with the CAF-W36USW air cleaner and the requirement to use this app when using Alexa to control the CAF-W36USW has now made the air cleaner itself of no use if you need to control it with WiFi.
I’d be happy to modify my review if anyone has information on making it work properly.
The application also does not list the CAF-W36USW as a device option in its settings but the manual for the CAF-W36USW directs one to use this application.GR-RF610WE-PMS
