    Doesn’t support all Toshiba “Smart” products.
    I have a Toshiba a/c. I have lost many nights sleep because of it not working properly…never again with Toshiba ANYTHING!!!

  • Google Home connecting experience is smooth

    It is very convenient to connect my toshiba device to the Google home and it works very well. A good application for my family.

  • New tech on classic brand

    I have been using Toshiba top load washing machine for many years, very impressed with the durability of it. Now I change to the new front loading of Toshiba, very exciting to see this can work with mobile app.

  • RAC-PD1414CWRU not working in App

    My brand new Portable AC unit
    is not appearing in the app as a selection to control via wifi.
    Customer Support could not figure it out.
    So don’t say call customer support.

    The old Toshiba App worked fine until I stopped using the product over the winter.
    Now that I need it, nothing works.
    Old app or new app.
    And my QR code doesn’t recognize.
    It says Incorrect Code.
