  • Nowhere Near Enough Users

I live in a fairly large city (over 1 million in metro area). Only six locations have reviews, and those reviews had no details or images of barriers.

A red symbol is useful, but I’d rather know the exact problem. Are there steps at the door or just no lowered section at the bar.

The idea isn’t bad, but it’s it’ll be pretty useless unless way more people start using it.
  • Overall a good app but could be improved

I love that the reviews are community based and made by other disabled people! Although, I would really like to be able to edit reviews I’ve left or delete them if I accidentally added wrong information. Also, being able to see the reviews I’ve left would be nice.
  • A good app

A good app that I wish had existed years ago!
  • Great app!

Great app for anyone and everyone! Wish this would have been around when I was taking care of both my Grandparents near the end of their lives- they loved to go out to dinner and lunch in their chairs and online ratings at that time were VERY hit or miss. This app would have been amazing!
  • A good app with one small problem

A good app that I wish had existed years ago! I unfortunately can’t leave any reviews where I live as any location I pull up is stuck infinitely loading info. There is also no easy way to report bugs unless I’m supposed too @ your instagram or Facebook?
  • Lovely idea, but the app doesn’t seem to work

I downloaded this app hoping to leave reviews for other people to use, but the app loads forever any time I try to look up business names or try to go to the review section of the app. I’d love to use it if it would let me

We are sorry that you had these issues. This past week, we experienced an unexpected amount of traffic, which overwhelmed our system. We have resolved this issue and issued an app update. If you want to download the update, the problems you had should be taken care of.
  • Not working to make reviews

Trying this app for the first time today, and while I was able to make an account, I cannot check reviews or leave any for where I’m at or have been.

I acknowledge my little village is very likely unheard of, but I have also visited two national chain locations and cannot leave a review for either of them.

Guess I’ll go ahead with my blog

  • Amazing Idea … Needs Work

I really, really like the idea and the general concept, the execution is a bit lacking.
It’s very hard to use the search feature. After I clicked the place I wanted to review (which was already a struggle) it stayed on the loading screen and wouldn’t let me review.
It’s also hard to get out of the automatic review list, too small of a space to swipe it away.

Obviously the app is geared toward wheelchair accessibility, if the reviews were more specific it could help with other kinds of disabilities too. Maybe more focused questions and/or more areas to rate could be helpful.

  • No Way to Add Reviews of places not on a predetermined list

The “Add a Review” section only allows you to select from a pretty random set of locations that roughly correlate to where you are. It doesn’t include the building I am literally in front of, but includes one 2.5 miles away. The building I want to review is even labeled on the google map! No wonder there are so few reviews for me locally. It would be great to be able to drop and label a pin with business information, or at least to be able to select the ones already listed on the google map. Will absolutely change my review of the app when I am able to add reviews for locations.
  • Wonderful mission, too buggy to use

Love love this app’s mission and intentions but it was too buggy on iOS to use. The search function was hardly usable, it automatically selects filters (don’t recommend that) and the search didn’t really function. Also I see how location access is helpful but you should allow the app to work without accessing location, let people search by town or business name or manually using the map. When I tried to sign up, similarly, the forms weren’t functioning fully and although I wasn’t using Voice Over, honestly I don’t think this app is digitally accessible (ironically). Problems with the form fields, the tap targets are too small, the UI elements don’t have the right order/ placement, and more. It would not pass WCAG 2.2 AA standard and likely wouldn’t pass A standards (lowest bar for accessibility). Please work on the bugs and the accessibility and the privacy and I’ll be happy to come back.
