Downloaded with no problem. Made a deposit and provided account info. A message flashed saying my location couldn’t be verified with my gps. I was required to enter and verify my phone number. Even though it said a verification number was texted to my number, it never happened. I deleted and installed the app several times. Each time, the result was the same. Bottom line, they accepted an $8 deposit purchase from me and then made it impossible for me to use the app. I reported the app to iTunes and cancelled by debit card.

Kicked out of the app no explanation
I only gave 5 stars so my message would show at the top but my app started glitching and I can’t access my account. All of the glitching started once i withdrew $90 it took months to actually be able to do that btw. All of a sudden the app won’t fully load and it just shows the start screen and I press it multiple times but it won’t fully open. I have tried undownloading, updating and reaching out to customer support and have heard nothing back the only message they did send back said “ dear players, Thanks for contacting us. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are sorry to inform you that players need to contact us through the in-game customer service channel if they have any issues in the game. The email channel only handles issues related to the inability to log in. Thanks for your understanding.” But how can I access the in game customer service if I clearly stated I can’t get into my account… I also have not received my money and it has been more than 5 days. I haven’t broken any rules playing this game so I hope that little $90 is not the reason for booting players out because I’m sure I have won and lost 10x that over the months but idk.Show lessgbop4521
FRAUD!!!!!!!!
I was Very excited to play this game which was supposed to give me Big Winnings! I even was offered a $30 bonus if I invited a close friend to play the game with me! However. I went to make my account which required me to give my ID. Which gave me confidence that this game was legit. WRONG!!!!! Within 4 hours, my bank account was hacked, my phone lines disabled, and my social medias completely gone. I Am DISAPPOINTED!Show lessStuffielover340

As I say above, if it sounds to good to be true, it is. I always check these games out as you see their ads everywhere. “I’m a mom and I play this daily and make thousands a week.” You will not make it on this game. The “bonus” feature is a joke and you will not make it out with money. Make sure your kids aren’t into this. Please. I actually made some money and as soon as I did, I suddenly “violated terms of service”. They are trying to tell me I cancelled a deposit which I did not. Told me to call bank and I did. Several times. Nothing wrong. But they will not release my $700. Yep I did that. But I know to be careful. Do not use this app. You have been warned.Show lessMsugrl33

I have had this game for a long time and just recently gained enough to withdrawal. The withdrawal process was super easy and I received my money via PayPal within a few days. After I received the withdrawel they changed the game format and now I only have the option to play one versus one and can only win $.10 per game so they don’t really want you to win money. Once you do they will take away the ability for you to win any more. I reached out to support and they just said they are working on updating the game but I still don’t have the ability to play the 5 person player games.Show lessDsnyder1234

I was wondering while I was playing if I was seeing things correctly as I was using actual money to play the game the cards were definitely not in my favorite each and every time. I did it again today and I am thoroughly convinced that when you actually use money to play the game, your cards will not allow you to win anything. When I play for the coins that are there I get the best hands I play the game. I win a lot but when I used money and that does not happen.Show lessmary rush

Love love love this game except they never give the app I need to go play to get the bingo pool winning number clue! That’s a real downer because I played all night and much of today watching the pool I would never have a fair chance to win simply because I don’t know where they want me to go for the clue? There’s a huge number of cash and coin games out there! Which one is it for goodness sake? The Cust Svs crew is off for the weekend , how convenient. For them not us game enthusiasts! It’s a fun game… but you can play this game on any app and it’ll be the same. You definitely don’t win money. If i make a bet for $1, the most I’ve ever won is .30
That doesn’t make sense to me. I’ve never been Able to win even half of my money back. I won’t say it’s a scam but it’s definitely built in a way you won’t win your money.

I was very hesitant about downloading this game cause I thought you wouldn’t actually be able to get money but you do! Even without adding money. You have many ways to get money and yes it mostly small chump change unless you play the higher playing games but that little change adds up!JordanH42095
Scam.. they only want your info
Writing this review only because its a real scam. It was fun at first but when i decided to deposit it asked for me to create an account and asked for my id picture front and back, after that i had to take a selfie in order for my acc to be verified .. it was asking for too much in order for me to “receive” my deposit but THEY CHARGED ME NO PROBLEM! After submitting i got a message that they COULDN’T VERIFY MY IDENTITY but still had my money! I contact customer support and never got a response.. i tried logging in again and the message was now” EMAIL DOESNT EXIST TO AN EXISTING ACC” so basically they just took my money and infoShow less4li.,-
