I used to like this app
But now that it won’t allow me to login or create an new account even after deleting an redownloading, using different emails and having no troubleshooting team available to contact- I want to give it a fat one star b/c now they have my information and their product completely ceases to work.bmer25
Very Impressed!
I just opted for the free version of Pilleye, which helped immensely during our pharmacy stocktake. It is accurate 99% of the time, easy to use, and made stocktake that much quicker to perform.
If you don’t pay for the subscription, it only allows so many readings in a day.

Doesn’t open sometimes
This app is the most accurate I have found and very user friendly when it WORKS!!! The problem is it goes down often. This is a great app if they manage it and keep it operationalDrug MD
Excellent, when it works.
When it works it’s awesome. I’ve tested it many times, comparing it to manual counting, and it’s extremely accurate — even with gelcaps!
However it VERY FREQUENTLY refuses to even load. It sticks on the loading screen far too much, and many days I can’t get it to run.

Greedy App!
Honestly, I’d pay like $1.99 monthly for this. But $35 per month? Screw off. I’m a pharmacy worker and we’re already undervalued. Your app is not worth it. And honestly, you’re not 100% accurate. You lost 10 of us when you started charging so much.genuine86
Loved it until the outrageous subscription cost
I used this app daily and recommended it to everyone I knew. It was a great tool for pharmacists until suddenly, without warning, during a peak mad rush at my pharmacy I was unable to use it without paying $40 a month.FrAcTiON_pharm

I paid for the yearly subscription a few months ago and the app worked well. Then they decided to increase the subscription price and looks like they just voided out the subscription I already paid for. So I’m downgraded to the base level app which is slow and makes the app almost unusable. And now they’re charging over 20 dollars a month . I’ll look for other options.Show lessLegaldealerpka
Was awesome until over priced subscription
You know when you find something awesome and you tell all your friends? Well that’s what I did with this app. Saw the evolution of this app on Reddit told all my friends, used it often and then Boom! Hit with the subscription model. Maybe I I just miss the days when you could actually just buy an app and that would be it. I understand that there’s maintenance on the app and such but the price for this app is over the top. So I went searching and found other apps that do the same thing. Still feels a little icky about the price. Now, I tell all my friends I’ve moved on to other apps, and not to bother with this one.Show lessahbokgn
Very disappointed in the price increase
We are a small vet clinic, and I have enjoyed this app for years. We are not a equipped to spend $35/month for this. Will be switching to another free appHH1234567
