Trying to register my kit and it keeps telling me my kit number is invalid. I was able to make an online account with FTDNA with that kit number and it’s on my testing supplies. No clue how to fix this!Lady Jay 2283

I want to love this app
Struggling to enjoy this app but it constantly crashes and now all of my insights have disappeared. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it, more of the same. Still yet, because I’m a Wellness subscriber I can’t even login to the website to see my information, it directs me back to the app. So frustrating. Maybe their system is down, but how do I tell? I guess I expected better from a company that partners with FamilytreeDNA.elyrinea
