Glitch with new update
I am not receiving any coins or rewards after finishing levels. The game freezes before I’m awarded them and when I have to relaunch the app it shows I completed the level but no rewards were given. Especially frustrating because I watched ads at the end to double my rewards. Also, please give us a useful update with actual new levels to play. I love this game but I’m tired of playing the same levels over and over with 20 new levels every 6 months that I complete within 1-2 days. Pick up your game.Show lessgowjen
Glitchy on higher levels
On level 572 the game continues to give the wrong daily prizes. It is not on a 24 hour timer and often resets to day one. We miss out on the better prizes all the time.
Also, some levels are glitchy and responders just stand there with plenty of available tasks numbered. And supplies are LOCKED at times and are unable to be used. For example I had 55 tool boxes and couldn’t choose a task that cost only 20.
Some attempts are impossible because the necessary supplies to win the level don’t respawn making it impossible to win.Show lessBoggle Bound
It’s addicting BUT…
Okay so let me start with the good. I love this game. It’s challenging, addicting and fun BUT it does come with some frustrations. Boosters and the additional time is expensive and the rewards are not nearly enough for boosters. If you want that, you need to spend your own money or watch an awful amount of ads. The worst part, you think you’re getting ready to finish a level on time and then bam, the person on the ground or trapped take 5 seconds to actually get up and exit. I’ve had to replay levels over and over because they take their sweet time getting up. They should be up and moving when the time bar is done but nooooo…. I’ve been trying to get these 3 little people out the exit door for days… Again it’s fun, just be prepared to be frustrated.Show lessangelbee_

I really like the concept of the game I wanted do enjoy it but is impossible! First time when I downloaded this game you couldn’t skip the adds and it was really annoying and then they changed it. And then the levels become impossible to pass without bosster so I needed watch adds to get boosters but each add was giving only 70 coins which it’s nothing. And then they changed it to 250 coins per add which I was really happy with that. And now they limited the adds and they changed the rewards to 70 coins again. I play games to enjoy on my free time not to stress so I am deleting this game.Show lessBsıjsvy

I enjoy the game play with the exception of a few things. Some of the levels seem impossibly difficult. I like a challenge but I shouldn’t need to play the same level for days at a time and still not be able to pass it. The option to watch an ad for extra time or a free booster would help. Instead I have to spend a week collecting the daily bonus to get 3500 coins for some extra time. Playing the same level over and over for a week is no fun.
Also, I’m tired of not getting credit for the ads I watch. I will watch a full ad and then get a pop up that says “Ads are not available, please try again later”. I have lost out on countless extra coins and boosters because of this glitch. Please fix it!!Show lessSpijut

everytime an ad comes on, it freezes and goes back to my Home Screen,and I have to restart the game. I just downloaded on my phone and everything works fine, but that screen is not large like my iPad making it less appealing. I have deleted and redownloaded so many times, but maybe they are just prejudice against iPad users. Lol 😔 also the forcing me to click skip, or a new obstacle in the middle of my game play is annoying, Really no need for help after the first level the gist is gotten lol personal complaints, but I’m obviously still playing so 👍Show lesspuytcpmf

Every answer is the canned "we'll pass it along" approach, which is the worst way to handle a ton of unhappy people, just btw. Maybe if the help articles weren't 2 1/2 years old and outdated and not pertaining to the game at all, that could be helpful. The star review where everything is fixed, um, I hope they realize that nothing they mention actually happens in the game. I wonder how that review could possibly have changed so drastically...When people are saying their money was wasted due to an error in the app, passing it along to the developer's means nothing. Do they work for a bank too. I hope not since they can't even develop a game.Show lessrkuu88

For some reason (money), once you hit a certain level there are no more hourglass extras that drop in (which added 15 seconds). Shocker, you lose even easier levels you could have passed by, you guessed it, 15 seconds. You have to pay to get 15 seconds, the minimum amount for a package is 2.99, which is beyond ridiculous, and watching ten ads gets you something that you'll just waste on a level you'll lose. Great idea by developers to take away a feature from the loyal players in the upper levels. Really makes it a great app to recommend. Super strange how the most helpful review takes such a drastic and positive turn. Almost like it wasn't written by a player.Show lessDeveloper Response

I’ve been playing a while and this became my favorite game when the first boards were nornal to beat but then they purposely made it where you don’t beat it only by seconds (that’s how they get you) unless you have power ups. I’m an adult and make apps too and I don’t even do that to people. They make the board where you just don’t beat it by literally seconds! It’s the most frustrating thing and not worth playing anymore. It takes 10 Ads to watch to just get a power up and I’ve gotten the same sprint soda the last 6 times. It’s too expensive compared to other games to buy coins and power ups. It would be nice if it was easier to earn the power ups and coins because to continue buying stuff can’t happen. The really frustrating thing and silly is how you lose a board just because they way they operate the characters makes no sense! The closest character should be where you click next! End of the game and there’s 1 thing to clear and 1 to pick up to win and bring back to the truck but the way they do it they have the guy run ALL the way back to the truck first or have a new person have to run all the way the way there. Enjoyable game, love the opportunity to acquire more points or stars by watching ads. But every time I watch an ad, the game either freezes or crashes, and then does not credit me my points or stars. Very frustrating, thinking about deleting because of this issue. Also, the “rewards” in this game are minimal at best. And if you read some of the other reviews, I am not the only person that thinks this. This has the potential to be a great game if the developers let go of some of their greed and thought more of the player experience. I have reached out to help several times with no response. I would be very willing to add more stars and update my review if I ever see positive changes made. UPDATE: First, I would like to say that I love, love, love the new feature, giving players the opportunity to watch ads for more stars or points! Also, I am happy to report that since posting my initial review, my game no longer freezes or crashes when watching ads. These two changes make the game infinitely more playable and enjoyable. Now, you are able to play and progress without being forced to pay. I will continue to spend money on this game because I WANT to, not because I HAVE to to continue playing the game.
