Thanks for your continued support of our products! Sorry to hear you're having trouble there. We have many users using Arsenal 2 with an a7R III and can get you up and running very quickly! Would you please send an email to help@witharsenal.com with your Arsenal 2's serial number? It can found on the back of the Arsenal 2 box or at the bottom of the Settings menu in the app. We'll get this taken care of right away!

Works Exactly as Described, Highly Recommend
A few more days with it,
I like that it sends the files to an external source, essentially doubling your camera capacity,
Images are editable on the fly, and you can send them directly to your cell phone for review

I don’t have an Arsenal!!!
Immediate results, focused, clear, perfect shots right out of the box and I haven’t even really spent much time with it?
I am absolutely impressed right out the gate and can’t wait to spend more time with Arsenal !!
I would highly recommend this for anyone that’s new to the camera world and just needs help, I still don’t know the basics but this really helped me

For Night Assist, you'll want to be sure your lens meets the required specs listed in the FAQ on our site: https://witharsenal.com/faq You can save stacks to your phone and/or Arsenal 2's micro SD card. This is controlled via the settings menu. Would you please email help@witharsenal.com if the above tips don't resolve the issue? We're always happy to help!
