Reviews of RhythmLock

  • Good but basic

This is a good app for practicing rhythm. It seems to be mostly designed to tell you whether you’re rushing or lagging so far it’s just quarter and eighth notes starting on a beat or an and. The main reason for not giving it a higher score as it doesn’t have any training or remediation capability that is, if you can’t get a particular pattern it just keeps playing the same pattern so you’re kind of stuck. When that happens, your only option is to try one of the alternative lessons below. That notwithstanding , it appears to be a useful app, though time will tell if my rhythm actually improves.
  • Latency is a buller

Great idea but there’s a latency between my hits and the sound of high makes for a jerky experience. If cleaned up this would be killer.
  • Incredibly frustrating

Which means that it’s good. Really great app
