I bought this product used not realizing it required activation codes. I contacted customer service and they got everything sorted promptly. Highly recommend!
Customer Service is a 10/10
I purchased a Moonlite projector and 5 stories from the local second hand shop, not realizing there was an app that needed to be activated. I messaged customer service with my issue and within 24 hours, they gave me a new code to read my stories. My daughter is so happy and I’m forever grateful.

We bought a set last holiday season for my 1 year old. This was amazing! We love the stories and keep seeing more for his tiny TBR list. Customer service has been excellent when we have reached out. They resolve our issues super quickly.

Codes don’t work
What a pain, literally have been given 3 codes for the same book and it still doesn’t work.
Can’t turn down the music sound which is a pain because I like the other sounds and would like to hear them instead.
Hard to do, read, swipe for next page and turn projector at the same time and also keep the phone still so we can see the picture

The highlight of my kiddos night
My toddlers both love laying in bed at night and watching the projector on the ceiling while we read. The app works great. My only critique is that there isn’t a way to sort the books in your library, it just puts them on a long listed by what book was scanned in the most recently. I wish I could at least get alphabetical order by title for ease of access (and so we can pick a book and not have my kids change their minds as I scroll to find the one we had already decided on!)

Great product and customer service
There are some cons with this product. Definitely needs a stronger clip so you can easily spin the wheel without it falling off your phone. But i have seen this and other products compared and this one is the best. Other products have shorter stories, not as captivating, take batteries etc. The customer service is also amazing and very helpful. Very responsive and kind.

Doesn’t deserve the hype
After having this product pushed relentlessly on my social media, when I saw it 50% off at my local bookstore, I went for it.
The projection only gets to about 6 inches away from your face, if that. I’ve adjusted it every which way and it doesn’t matter- this thing is really bad. On top of that, several slides in different stories contain more than one panel, so the image is pretty incomprehensible unless you already know the stories by heart and can use context clues to figure it out. The app shuts itself off very quickly and is very unfriendly to the user while trying to read, manage the projection, and keep logging back in. My daughter loves having a flashlight in a makeshift tent, so she still has a good time, but this product is infuriating.

Customer Service that goes above and beyond!
I just bought a second hand starter pack and extra story pack from Talize (Canadian thrift store) and the codes wouldn’t work as they had already been activated. I emailed customer service asking if there was anything I could do to be able to use the items and got a response within an hour. The customer service team said no problem and asked for some additional info and sent me new codes! I was honestly expecting to maybe have to pay abit for new codes which would’ve been fine but they helped me out for free! I am so happy my 2 year old and I will be able to now enjoy the Moonlite!
