  • App just doesn’t work right, bad coffee

    Had to place order three times and every time it forgot my order when it came time to pay. Establishment can take payments at the window but just doesn’t want to I guess.
    Took 10 minutes to order through the obnoxious app when it could have taken seconds at the window. And then my latte tasted like cough syrup. And I’ve never seen such a small coffee shop with such an enormous parking lot. This chain has identity problems.

  • Great Coffee, Okay App

    I love Cirque’s coffee, but the required app is a little lacking. No way to add multiple payment methods is my biggest gripe. It’s also difficult to clear the notification badges as there’s no way to mass delete them. Other than the app, it’s my favorite coffee shop in Tulsa!
  • Coffee is great, app system is terrible

    We downloaded the app to order and gave up. This should be a simple system where I don’t have to tell them everything about me, it should be a one click Apple Pay. We got frustrated, drove off and deleted the app. We were the only ones there.

    We love how convenient the South location is for us (we used to live downtown, and really missed having good coffee nearby once we moved out south), and the app makes things SO easy!

  • Review of App!

    I have never had any issues using the app for Cirque. This is the only way they take orders at the 14th & Utica location. It also appears to update in real time for items they may be sold out of or not serving. As for the coffee - I mean I like it. That is for you to decide. But the service has always been fantastic.

  • Fix “Order Again”

    I love using Cirque’s app and love drinking their coffee. That said, the “order again” functionality should be improved.

    I recently hit “order again” since this was my last order. However, the bourbon vanilla syrup is no longer available and we weren’t prompted to select another syrup. This also caused a decaf latte in my saved order to revert to a regular caffeinated latte.

    The “order again” option should not appear when syrups are out of stock. If anything, we should be prompted to select another syrup. Modifications related to the caffeination or milk type should not be overwritten.

    We expected to receive two 12 oz bourbon vanilla latte with one of them being decaf. Instead, we received two caffeinated 12 oz lattes. They were still fantastic, but my wife cannot have caffeine so we were a bit disappointed.
