A quick download of the app and setup of everything got us going, love the concept, the coffee and the baristas were awesome at walking you through.
One quick comment, you should setup Apple Pay on your app, so name, address and payment method are quickly taken. Would make initial sign up a lot quicker.Show lesssamcreates
The best method of ordering the best coffees
Cirque’s method of ordering is not only very easy, it is incredibly efficient for when you’re out running errands or wanting to sneak out of the house for a few. Their coffees are absolutely delicious and service is quick and friendly. Good app. Easy to use. I wish there was a way to add a comment to my order. Most of the time my hot drinks are not hot enough — like can drink the whole thing in 2 minutes temp. There is no way to contact the barista to request a hotter hot drink.robynjanloo
App is buggy and frustrating 50% of the time
First of all, I like Cirque Coffee. But the App ordering model for on the go convenience is kind of dangerous and for me 50% of the time doesn’t work anyways. I find myself generally thinking about wanting a coffee while I’m on the highway going to work, so I pull out my phone to order on the app and when it works it’s great and easy, but when it doesn’t it’s a roadway hazard. It freezes up much of the time for me, or when I’m checking out it just doesn’t seem to register the order and I worry it will finally process and I will have ordered 27 coffees from hitting the checkout button so many times in highway frustration. I usually just give up and pass their exit. Today I drove in anyways to see if I could just order a coffee at the place. I sat at the window for quite awhile considering no one was in line and multiple people were in the store. They seemed confused. Someone finally slid the window back and I asked if I could order a coffee and the answer was “we only accept orders through the app”. So I left. There was a $7 mocha in my cart when I deleted the app forever.Show lessStudent444

Whats not to love?
I love the Cirque app and how convenient it is to order. They are quick and efficient and the coffee is always done correctly. I love the container store and being able to order ahead.
