Braking still way too sensitive
We have to use a country road with a 55 mph limit almost daily. It has quite a few traffic lights with fairly short braking distances and almost every time we have to brake for a red light RideWell dings us.
What does RideWell want us to do? Run the red light? Go 40 mph instead and cause huge jams?
Sigh, I wish they would adjust their braking sensitivity :(
Otherwise it’s a good app and it is very helpful to adopt a low risk driving style.cyberroach

Our RideWell hasn’t recorded trips for a couple of months. I’ve checked our settings and find nothing amiss. I did notice that the app hasn’t been updated in nearly a year. Given that iPhone OS has been updated several times is the app in need of an update?CVHvala

this app keeps me conscious about how i drive, and i feel like i’m becoming a safer driver. sometimes i thinks it’s a bit too sensitive, counting very minuscule things off, but overall, i enjoy the app and currently have a score of 99!emilyskindasad

Enjoying app very much, makes you think more while you’re driving.
Don’t quite understand how the penalty for breaking works but everything else is pretty straightforward.

New to this insurance company. Tried to download the RideWell app but I’m unable to register. I get to the welcome page, it directs me to complete the field below but it doesn’t give me a place to enter any info. Ideas?PDX fun

Sometimes I think the braking is a little overly sensitive. I’ve had one real breaking incident since we started but you guys count a lot more but I have become a better driver with breaking. I wish the app would show where the speeding occurred. I do think I am becoming a better driver. 😊OUBobcat79
