Pending withdrawal
This is to inform Jeroid that I made a bitcoin transaction of $50 which I converted into naira and made a transfer to my bank, this is about 12 hours now, which the transfer has been successful but I haven’t received my payment yet. Please you guys should kindly fix this issues, to be frank this is my first time using your app and all this is happening just to sad….

The patent and idea of this app is great but truly lacking in meeting up with services.
I just registered on the app and I’ve been trying to verify my bvn but to no avail. To top it off I traded some coins on the app to naira and I’ve been trying to make withdrawal but they keep telling me to wait for 30mins. I’m highly disappointed my money is stuck on the app it’s like I can neither go forward or backward with this. You people need to do a lot of work with your app.

Fraud app
Download this app and completed the registration and I decided to use it for the first time and trade bitcoin and I deposited in the wallet and it fully received the funds and didn’t display it on the balance and after reporting they said they send email to everyone about the minimum amount of bitcoin deposit and I repeatedly checked my email and I got nothing no notification or any email concerning the amount of bitcoin to be deposited and now they said my deposit is gone and non- refundable , and after tracking the transaction it says it has arrived in a wallet which is not even in the system yet it received the non refundable amount which means this is just a scam and a fake application that is only after taking from the user that has no idea how it works, worst application ever worst , for people who are planning on getting this app please don’t do it for your money protection. Even has the most rude customer service ever

Crypto loss
Jeriod Is fast to use but not reliable. Just recently, I found out the withdrawal process is very slow and frustrating. I lost about $100 in bitcoins. The crypto was sent to the right wallet address and it’s not my first time trading on the app. After sending the btc in my wallet, I tried to check if I’ve received it in jeriod but nothing came in and I couldn’t login my account. I still have a pending withdrawal of #10,000 . This is frustrating and unsafe for me to use this app. Please give me back my bitcoin and find a way to fix this. I have proof that the bitcoin was sent to my wallet but it never came in.

I was sent $74 on my wallet yesterday and I haven’t received it till now and Jeroid has been acting up also which doesn’t make sense please get this fixed

Why does it always say we’re swamped with request wait for 30 minutes and I’ve been waiting for over an hour now… what if it’s an emergency please sort it out jeroid isn’t the first app I’ll use and others don’t tell me to wait before I can send my money out… my brother I recommended it too has the same thing to complain about please FIX IT!!!. Jeroid I’ve been with for more than 3 years but still they re good with making you feel bad I don’t understand if you guys are having problem on the system or trying to shut down cos almost all my friends are out of Jeroid
How can withdrawal of money always have problem? Everyday and it doesn’t just stay that 30mins or less like you guys error message do come it will stay more than 2hours!! Refund My Money
This app and it’s customer service are very slow and annoying did a transaction for over 2 weeks now and I am yet to be credited to my account made a complaint on the app and on their instagram platform still no reasonable resolution I see no reason why it will take your bank 2 weeks to check for a reversal once I receive my money I’m ditching this useless app for good
