Your trading system is very interesting and enjoyable, but one thing I don’t enjoy out of all your services is when one trades on your app. If I’m to withdraw my fund. It will have me deducted #200 per withdrawal which is supposed to not be like this. We do use other platforms too and they don’t charge us this much per withdrawal, they charge only #10 even though some didn’t charge a dime for withdrawal, so please help us work on this, I believe you ppl can do better. Peace out ✌️

Hello Boss! Welcome to Jeroid. I believe there's a mix-up. The Jeroid App doesn't charge ₦200 per withdrawal; we charge ₦100. Whenever a transaction fails, it gets reversed into your wallet along with the ₦100 charge. For further inquiries, complaints, or questions, kindly reach out via the in-app chat. I send a bitcoin worth of 173$ over hours now and it have be complete in my wallet now I haven’t get my payment now why is this app hold my payment don’t complete my transaction since and it’s written 10-30 minutes now over hours now

I traded a sum of $358 btc over some hours ago now and still now still writing pending and my money isn’t with me yet

Good app

I like this app but it service should be fast and also be more updates to do few features like airtime and all and also withdraw any amount you want not maximum 5000 only thanks
