Not worth the $
Although the idea is great. It just wasn’t worth the $$. The route was impacted due to an event. The route was not updated. The company said they sent an email but I didn’t get it. Tootbus I would give zero stars.
Paris is beautiful. Had to walk 3 kms with my ex military father to the Arc because the driver didn’t announce the stop.

Spending more time stopped at the side of the road and waiting for buses than seeing sights. Bus arrives and man says 30 minutes wait with no explanation.

Best Customer Service, fast, efficient, kind and understanding staff
I had an issue while sightseeing in Paris, which meant I wasn’t able to validate my ticket on the day I was meant to. I approached TOOTBUS via their contact form, they fixed the issue so fast and were so kind and understanding of my circumstances. Will definitely recommend them and use them again for my next trip. Take A Hike
Save your money. Unless you are visiting with someone in your group with mobility issues, you’ll probably save 50% by walking to the key sights in each area and then taking a group taxi to the next main area. Stop 8&9 are closed and they don’t tell you that in advance. Those 2 stops are the Arc de Triumph and the Eiffel tower. The new temporary stop is a mile from each site.

Worst hop on off tour ever
No information at all on most sites including the eifel tower. And if there was a comment it was brief and infantile. No clarification that the app price was 30 eu (which could be easily booked at the bus stop) and cost 45 eu when paid driver. Can’t give it zero stars, so it gets one star. DO NOT RECOMMEND. take the metro bus instead.

Awesome Experience!!!
The TOOTBUS made it soooo easy to tour different places in Europe and we were never disappointed! I love the fact that they even had WiFi on the bus because it allowed us to prepare for the next portion of our vacation without having to spend money on a SIM card or international plan for data. I’d definitely recommend their tours.

Destie the bestie!
We thoroughly enjoyed our three day pass and especially Destie our bus driver she was brilliant. Showed us where to go and made sure we were supplied with ponchos for the rain and ear phones. Super helpful, above and beyond .

Too slow
The advertised London travel times between stops were terribly inaccurate. I was there in August and our first stop had a >15 min standstill before we even started. It took 2-3 hours to get 1/3 of the way around the loop. We had not intended to spend all day on the bus, much less “hop off” to see sights. It wasn’t worth the price we paid for what we got.

Je suis du genre à tolérer beaucoup de choses, la vie n’est parfaite pour personne. Mais là… Avons fait le tour Paris de jour et celui de nuit, ainsi que l’aller-retour à Versailles. Nombreux irritants. Tours de Paris: pas de wifi comme annoncé, l’audioguide sur l’appli ne fonctionnait pas bien, j’ai dû me rabattre sur les petits écouteurs bon marché inconfortables. Les 2 circuits sont presque les mêmes, avec les mêmes commentaires, dommage. Ces derniers sont souvent en retard par rapport au lieu où l’on se trouve. On n’indique pas dans quelle direction regarder, donc, soit on loupe l’info, soit on cherche. Et parfois, les commentaires jouent en boucle, alors qu’on est rendus ailleurs. Des temps morts inexplicables, des chansons British parmi les chansons françaises (toujours les mêmes) alors qu’il y aurait tant à dire ou à écouter; étrange. Trajet Versailles: nous sommes arrivés au château en retard d’une demi-heure, donc au lieu de pouvoir faire la visite de 13:30, on a dû faire celle de 14:30… On a manqué de temps pour visiter les jardins. Ils devraient mieux tenir compte de la circulation, quitte à partir plus tôt. Retour à 17:30, point de rencontre à 17:15. Nous y sommes à et 12. Attendons jusqu’à et 25. Toujours personne, aucun bus. Appelons le responsable: ils sont partis à et 10. Ils savaient qu’il manquait 2 clients, il me l’a dit, ils s’apprêtaient à repartir pour Paris et nous attendaient… à 500 mètres dans une allée cachée par la forêt! Et le chauffeur trouve le moyen de nous faire la gueule! J’ai ravalé, en bon Québécois que je suis, mais je ne ferai pas une bonne publicité à cette compagnie.

What a great experience!!
Firstly this Wally booked his tickets for the wrong day. I’m so grateful that we were able to transfer the tickets to the correct day (the next day).
The tour bus tour was great and really informative. Seeing all the sights of London in an open top bus was something I haven’t done before so it was a nice change and we both loved it.
The river cruise was the icing on the cake. Really good tour due to the crew members commentary. Really informative and extremely funny.
We will be back with other family members.
