  • Doesn’t let me change my health Center

    I tried submitting my documents but it doesn’t work. They are all under 5 MB, etc, but it still doesn’t work. It keeps giving me an Alert message with codes saying:

  • IT DOESN’T WORK

    This is exactly the time when online apps should work to relieve the pressure on health centers and hospitals unfortunately this app doesn’t work it simply doesn’t process any requests. Have been trying all night to add dependent or change my health center or book for the COVID booster shot, it’ll simply take you through a maze of requirements and even after you complete and upload all of them you will hit a brick wall with an unexplained error that’s written in gibberish programming code. I’ve wasted enough time it seems I have to go to a health center stand in the long queue increase my risk and that of others just because an app can’t perform a simple task which is advertised to perform 🤷🏻‍♂️

  • Very bad.

    This is the second time. I take appointment and when i go there no appointment in the system

  • Unsatisfying.

    This app not so helpful for vaccination appointment . don’t use this app it’s need more additional updates to use easily get appointments massages for vaccinations.

  • Can’t change health centre

    I applied for a health card through the app and only got a response after two weeks. Only to be told that the health centre for my zone has changed and asked me to resubmit. The thing is, the app assigns the health centre according to zone and I can’t change the health centre in my application so i cannot resubmit. What a waste of time, and now i still cannot get a covid vaccination appointment because i have no health card

  • Network request failed

    I had applied for a new health card and I submitted all the required documents and after I got a reference number and during the 7 days i cannot follow up my application or even to login and the above mentioned message appears (Network request failed)

    In addition to the above I had raised my concern and no feedback.

    How come and application dealing with the health of and suppose to assist them to be such poor .

  • Useless

    Totally useless unless the calendar is connected to the appointment system.

    Through the app requested an appointment at my Health Centre. Calendar gave me options from 48 hours later. Selected appointment slot. All good so far.

    Received a call the next day, but missed it. Called back. No record of appointment request. Next appointment 5 weeks later.
