  • Missing a card from the menu

    I’m trying to create an account however there is no Marriot bonvoy bountiful in the menu of cards to choose to add to my wallet. I know it’s a relatively new card on the market. Can it be added?

  • Overall a good app

    This is overall a very good app and has everything I wanted and needed. However, whenever I try to go back to the card list after reviewing each card, it’s hard to go back. It seems like you have to press the arrow button precisely to go back and not on the words. It took me some time to figure it out. Other than that, it’s a great app and has everything I want. I love the simplicity of the app and it’s very intuitive. Very easy to use and get what I want from the app. Thanks!

  • Downloaded 6 Apps and this is definitely the top 3!

    I have been through H3ll and back with these apps whether it’s them ripping me off with fees,(when allegedly there wasn’t any to sign up but only bonuses for me and my family and friends) not being legitimate with the learning process, availability, and overall purchasing power along with the other factors you’d get or expect to see from a well built app. Lol! *Long winded, I know* but anyway, I found that this wallet isn’t one to cause me so many problems but it doesn’t come w/o it’s quarrels of it’s own.

  • Horrible Onboarding Experience

    Onboarding takes forever and the app asks users to create an account before they can even use the app.

    What’s worse, the app forces you to input details like when you opened the card before you can even use it. Who would know that on the fly? I would need to check other sites and all credit card statements to know? How unrealistic!

    Also, they ask for your phone number and I never got a verification code. Overall the onboarding is too much of a hassle to make it worth downloading. As a fellow pm I would assume they did not do any customer interviews before launching the app. Save your time and don’t download before they fix these issues.

    Hi there, we are in constant communication with our users via interviews, surveys, and user emails. We haven't heard much negative feedback about the onboarding process although I understand how that could be frustrating. I think we will try to make it more clear to people that they should prepare to add open dates at the time of onboarding because that is part of the core functionality of the app that allows us to organize the credits, perks, and other features for users.
