Best way to find local activities!

It’s easy to find GORUCK Clubs and other trainers all over the country when traveling. When close to home, our group uses this instead of text message / group chats and it works great.

App Updated / login loop?

Terrible app. Says there is an update but my app is already updated. Click to login get "update" pop up goes to app store no update just the "open" button and around we go. App when it works will not run / notify in background it logs out every time (yes background refresh enabled). Y'all need to pull this app down until it is fixed or call it "Beta" it is that bad and gives ya a pretty amateurish reputation.

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah - we had some login issues, but fixed them AND improved the overall experience! Give us a shot and jump back in!

“Beta test”

This isn’t ready. It’s disappointing that GoRuck asked the Ruck Clubs to use it when it is so confusing, buggy, non-intuitive and not ready for release. Editing reoccurring fist bumps is not possible or it’s just buggy for me. Even getting people on the app was a chore and now we are not using it. Waste of time.

Definitely an "alpha" with "launch and learn" last Fall...we've fixed the bugs and improved the core experience. There are ~300 GORUCK Clubs on Sandlot now, hosting +1K Fistbumps. Download the new version and join the community!

frustrating

I have tried multiple times to download and set up this app over several months. the font is so large that is cuts off the screen on iphone. can’t see what you type in the blanks for user and password, or to scroll to continue to next screen. Worst app I have ever attempted to use.

Sorry for the troubles! Definitely check your core phone font, notification, and location settings to get the best experience inside the Sandlot app. The new/recent versions (now on v1.7) have greatly improved the user experience. Let us know your thoughts...

Can’t get past white screen after registering

Buggy and will not open

I just downloaded this app on ios and created a password. Every time I attempt to sign on a pop up indicates I need to update the app in order to continue. Then the app redirects to the App Store. This is foolishness.

Thanks for the feedback as an early "beta tester". "Rome wasn't built in a day", but we've worked out the registration, login, and onboarding issues + added a ton more value via community requested features. Time to jump back in!

Can’t set up

Tried four plus times. White screen of death after entering name and phone number. Tried skipping the phone number step as well. I’m very intrigued by this app. Curious as it is a marketplace how you will grow it beyond the base GORUCK community?

Thanks for being a VERY early adopter! We've worked out the kinks (now on v1.7) and have +300 GORUCK Clubs and many more outside of GORUCK -- hosting +1K weekly Fistbumps. Jump back in!

Crashes during sign-up

Screen goes all white after adding photo and freezes. Have to restart every time but cannot advance.

Can’t sign in

Doesn’t work. Tried resetting password. User not found. Tried creating new profile. Existing user found. Well. Now what?
