Request a ride (anywhere in the service area) How Does It Work? GET-A-LIFT is a convenient transit service that takes multiple people heading in the same direction and transports them in a shared vehicle. Using the app, enter your pick up address and your desired destination. We then match you with a vehicle going your way, give you an estimated trip duration, and then ask if you want to book the trip. GET-A-LIFT is convenient! When you book a trip, we will come right to where you are at and drop you off at the curb of your destination. No need to walk to a predetermined stop. Looking forward to having you onboard!

I feel this service is so useless. There is always high demand for the buses everytime I try for a ride. It’s a very stupid app

Worst App I Have
I literally only use this because I have to. Multiple times I’ve been charged for a ride only for the ride to be cancelled. It would be fine if the money was refunded in a timely manner but it never is. I’m low income and need every dollar I spend. There’s never drivers, wait times are ridiculous, and the drivers you do manage to get are rude or don’t follow the GPS. Do not use unless you absolutely need to
