I have had to delete this because everyday I get a notification that there is an update available but the Apple Store is not showing any update. Come on BERNINA surely you can do better than this? Such a shame. I really liked it when it was a simple record of all my feet with any accompanying video on how to use them.Show lessGDPhotos
Incomplete and Not Intuitive
My machine wasn’t even listed-L890 Serger Cover Chainstitch Combo. I couldn’t find one of my presser feet as well. I think better instructions on how to use the app are necessary.iSnowdogGirl
App won’t open
App says checking if secure site. And then have to touch the box to verify one is a human. After that starts over checking is secure site. Never ending cycle. Three days now.Tukyoung

Simply won’t go past the opening screen -verifying. I have reinstalled every week or two but nothing changes…Karshanna
Recent updates seem to have broken app
Up until recently, I’ve been able to access my Bernina app to see my presser feet and accessories I own as well we add those I want to my wish list. But ever since a recent update I get a verification page that want to make sure I’m a human and won’t accept that I am. It’s nearly made the app useless.Show lessFLJeepGurl
Disappointed
This App worked great at first, then at the updat it stopped working. I just can’t get through the ‘secure web check’ that it has now. Contacted Bernini several times but they are very slow to either update me or rectify the problem. If they fix this bug it will be worth using. However, I don’t really expect to ever use it again based on this experience. How sad for a quality sewing machine manufacturer. 👎🏿Show lessTT10mmy
Can’t open after first use
This app gets caught in a security verification loop every time I open it. Useless.Soozs
App doesn’t work!
I would give this app no stars if I could. When I first downloaded this app it worked and it was great. It now wants you to verify you are not a robot. No matter how many time I check the box it asks the same verification question and goes no where. Very frustrating.Nursejujo
