Bad app
The app is not very functional. Half the time it doesn’t allow me to register for classes, it doesn’t stay up to date on registrations I’ve had to make over the phone because it’s not working, and no location for the video workouts I’m supposed to have. Perks don’t update from the website either. Only thing that does usually work is the badge to access the gym.

Calorie Counter
Loving this app. I like the fact that I can add the food I eat for the day. There should a place to enter my targeted calories for the day and add it up. Even a water intake would be a good add
App is broken
The app is broken. I entered my email address and tried to enter my password. It didn’t work. I attempted password recovery - and I definitely used the correct email address. The email with my recovery password never came after more than 20 attempts. Emailing customer service got a bizarre response about how proud they are of their classes on the app… and absolutely NO assistance to me to open the app. Probably canceling my membership over this.

App does not work
Unable to sign in to app, I haven’t been able to sign in for months. Every time I reset my password, it says an email is sent to reset the password but no email is ever sent to reset my password.
Awesome
I’m enjoying everything so far about the club from the variety of equipment to the classes offered. I hope the facility maintains the cleanliness of the equipment and the facility, especially in the locker rooms and showers. Way to go, Edge!
Can you fix bug
App won’t open on Home Screen, getting “oh no seems like we’re having trouble opening” But when I go to App Store, type in edge, and click “open” the app opens and runs. Please fix the bug it’s been happening for awhile now. Thank you.
Also on “check in history” why do the check in times repeat 3,4,5 times? It looks ugly and takes up the whole screen by being repeated. It should be more neatly coded to display your actual check in time, this way 4 days of checking in doesn’t fill up 14 lines!!!!

Unsuccessful with initial invite/log-in attempt
I’ve been a long time member and I’m having trouble accessing the app. It won’t recognize my e-mail and after many Forgot password attempts, I still don’t receive an e-mail to reset. A little frustrating.
App not allowing login
App has not allowed me to login for months. Tested password on website, works fine. Password reset link in app does not send link, even after a dozen plus attempts. Multiple updates on the App Store since this issue began have “fixed bugs”, no resolution.
Won’t even allow me to sign-in
The old app was great, but this new one won’t even recognize my login credentials. Even after talking online to their support staff and using a temporary password THEY provided, the app doesn’t recognize my email address as valid. I have no problem accessing their parent site with the same info, but for whatever reason, this app won’t let me access it

App still not working with most recent update
Update 8/27: after two app updates since my last review on 6/1 it still doesn’t work!!! Incredible!
As of 6/1 I STILL can’t sign into the app! This app hasn’t worked since January after multiple updates! The developers should really be embarrassed at this point.
