Leave a Review Protein Pal
Useful and Simple
I’ve been trying to find an easy way to track protein while I build muscle. Other apps are cluttered with other types of calories, but this one is simple and streamlined just for protein. Its Pro plan is also affordable. I recommend it.Protein pal
Very simple good for beginnersHave to pay to search any food etc.
Yeah you have to pay to search a food etc. Before the dev comes and claims that being bothered by that is unreasonable as I’ve seen they’ve done with others I’ll say this. While I acknowledge you put in work to make the app, there’s other apps that have the same functionality including database and it’s free. So people’s expectations will match.Show lessDeveloper Response

Easy to use. Free. Quick. BammFree trial isn’t free
I signed up for the free 2 week trial of the pro version and was INSTANTLY charged $47 😡Developer Response
Hello, I only offer a 1 week trial and have never charged $47. Can you please email team@tenlabs.io ? I will help you with this. Many thanks - James.Too expensive. Free version too annoying
Great app and I’d love using it if it weren’t for the frequent(multiple times a day) requests to move to the paid version. I believe in compensating developers but 30 a year(or 4 a month) is too much for what the app delivers, imo. If it were bundled with a workout tracker then maybe the price would be more justifiedShow lessAwful App
Literally the worst nutrition tracking app I’ve ever used. The library is basically non existent and there’s a ridiculous limit on the foods you can manually enter and save as favorites to reuse. Even for free it’s not worth using.Easy
If all you want to do is keep track of your protein intake, this does a good job. I don’t pay for the database, but it’s easy to just look at the nutrition label of what I’m cooking. It’s helped me get adequate protein in without feeling like I’m going through the stress of counting all my calories.Show less
