Wack as old banking way still
I tried couple of times to do the registration only, after still the upgrade is sluggish and buggy as ever. I uploaded my id and it was rejected. Guess they still rely on old traditional banking system of visiting a branch. Still I can’t make transfer, debitable account not found funny! But creditable account dey.Show lessDjebenlee

Appalling app
I used to be glad about your VULTe app prior to this time, especially during the cash crunch and transfer brouhala of early 2023, but since the last two upgrades, your app is appalling and irritating. First of all after login, one will be waiting for the app to load, it takes forever to do that, then the next thing is ‘tap to reload’ then the next thing is login session expired. Network and error issue
Same issue I have had with this bank last I used it 5-4 years ago is still the same problem they have till date. No improvement. Transfers never work. This app can never save your life when you need it the most. UselessStirlfe

The VULTe app is the worstest bank app now, u can’t just do anything, send moni problem, login problem, pin 2 transfer problem, d former app is 100 percent beta than this Mtcheeewwww, you login now and next few minutes to login is a problem saying failedTerryGess
Difficult login to mobile

Update
I just updated the app and now I can’t log in. It keeps saying null and I have to press log in over and over again for me to access it. After then then I face another problem of picture and it takes long for it to process. Then I have to wait for an otp they never send. After some time it says log in session is timed out and I have to start over again. I’m tired and this update is very horribleShow lessChokoNorris
I’m so done with Polaris
Over a year now I’ve not been able to use the bank app Very poor version of the app on iPhone, even the staffs at Polaris bank Ekiti state here are so helpless that they can’t even help to rectify this problem, What is going on??
