Garbage app… Nigeria never get anything right no wonder the country is not working..
I recently went to Nigeria and tried to open a bank account which I did, the next step was to set up an online banking after getting the account details to help set up which was a nightmare. To say this app is useless is an understatement, I kept getting error messages that has nothing to do with the required steps - “ INVALID CREDENTIALS “ This is the worst app ever.Show lessArinkaz

Most useless bank ever in the history of banks I’m unable to login for three days. I can’t access my accounts funny enough after updating the app they went ahead to degrade my account to a tier 1 account. Saying I can’t receive more than 50k at once the same account that has been receiving 500k in the past. This is a shame to banks in the whole country I would rather use opay, palmpay or Kuda before using polaris. Ever since skye sold the bank they have looked for more ways to become worst over the years. It would be a miracle if the last past this year.Show lessAkungbaboy
Unreliable and slow even on good networks speak
I’m new to this app an even so the experience was dreadful , I signed up and after doing so made a few transactions with it now wahala
The follow came back in only to find out that I have been logged out and the system telling me my profile as be block for no reason this was another reason to go to the bank which was very far away. W.t.f happened to the first Polaris App ???Show lessLexicon@09
If possible I could rate this app zero star
This app is a total waste of time please bring back the old Polaris App and take away this nonsense VULTe...... it’s takes forever to ordinarily open the app, you will have to close and reopen again before the app launches to the menu. This isn’t a matter of network Incase you want to reply me because all other apps are working perfectly, it is only this VULTe app that keeps frustrating my life. This could lead me to me being done with Polaris bank if this issues is not being fixed ASAP.Show lessIamLekzy
This App is really annoying
I have been trying to transfer money since last week it keeps telling me Your profile is undergoing verification, A message will be sent to you when your profile is approved since last weekTajudeen idowu
So unfortunate.
Just because I uninstalled the app, and reinstalled, thats how my App can't be logged into again despite my phone is added to trusted device. I urgently need that!Danmaliki Arfat
Why can’t I transfer
The app is not very customer centric, it slow to response and the worst of it , I want to make a transfer and I can’t click on my account to debit . It keeps on saying no debitable account.Yommieblaq
Worst bank app ever
The app can disappoint you at any point in time. May not open when you need it most. You can never login at first trial. All these things make it the worst app ever created. Polaris should better change their developerAstiloba
