Why can’t I transfer
The app is not very customer centric, it slow to response and the worst of it , I want to make a transfer and I can’t click on my account to debit . It keeps on saying no debitable account.
Worst bank app ever
The app can disappoint you at any point in time. May not open when you need it most. You can never login at first trial. All these things make it the worst app ever created. Polaris should better change their developer
This app needs to be cancelled

OTP issues
Why is it difficult for you guys to send OTP on time… and the OTPs I got wasn’t valid. I think you people should look into it

I opened an account I haven't been able to sign in to the bank and access my account he kept saying an error occurred. If I want to signup it says already exists and It won't let me recover the password either

Poor app
This app is so poor. I can’t login once. I have to try it twice before I can login into my app. And it stop working for a period of time. I have to delete and install all over again. Please try and fix the app. And the features are so poor.

Installation
I don’t understand this app anymore, I deleted the apps to reinstall and after reinstalling tried to log in at a point it sends OTP I won’t receive it from my phone and even my email, wats going on plss??
