Facebook hacked via messenger

Working with Mona on my issue. Was able to send in app chat information about issue. After their review set up voice chat with Mona, who clearly and with experience advised me what the issues were and probability of profile recovery. Very nice

Just got a call from them to help me recover my Facebook, she was very understanding and patient with me, and explained everything I need to do in good detail. She also warned me of what might happen to my old account instead of just letting me wonder. I think that’s super great for them to tell me the risks instead of other companies who just tell you what to do and leave it at that. Very cool and I will tell everyone who gets hacked about them

Very efficient

Thank you to the Cyrus team for helping me out with getting my instagram account back. My account was hacked by a scammer, because I responded to a message. So, for a few weeks, I had no access to my Instagram account. A little over a week the scammers deactivated my page. While looking for apps to help with this issue, I came across Cyrus. I messaged the support team, and I got a response within a few hours. After some time of talking to one to the agents, they requested to video call. On this call the agent gave me information and tips on how to get my account back. I could not thank them enough for this.

Mona was very helpful with Facebook Recovery procedures!

My 15 year old Facebook, Messenger and Instagram were hacked and hijacked on May 20th! Hijackers changed my personal information to theirs and I could not reach Facebook to report. Mona was very knowledgeable on what steps to take, to start a recovery process! She made it easy to understand, and helped walk me thru step by step! Thanks Mona for helping me take the steps needed to hopefully recovery my lost Facebook/Messenger and Instagram information! Can y’all really help me

J been locked out do my Facebook for over a a year now the hacker changed the password and email and I don’t know what the password is or email the first email I wa able to figure it out but they had changed that too and I do what it it now and I done everything I could to get my account back and no avail can y’all really help me and i already paid a hacker to help me with this and he. Just keeps charging me more and more money

Hacked IG account

For the past year, I’ve been trying to resolve an issue myself regarding a hacked IG account. I repeatedly followed the Instagram documentation steps in their help center with no success. The hacked account was becoming problematic as my clients kept finding the hacked account and would follow it, and then the hacker would pretend to be me and reach back out to them. Within hours after I engaged Cyrus, I received an email from Instagram requesting more Identity proof, and within a few more hours the IG account was wiped, and the next day it was deleted just as I had requested. I highly recommend Cyrus!

I’m so father, than where I was I am able to reach out to Facebook again since 2020 thanks to Mona now I am waiting 3 or 4 business days to hear back from them I will be back to let y’all know how everything went Thanks again Mona for giving me a second chance

Fantastic help in restoring my hacked and blocked Facebook!!!

My Facebook was hacked and I was blocked from accessing it. I tried absolutely everything that Facebook instructions say to try, but no luck. My Facebook has been around since 2009 with almost 5,000 friends and followers. I really wanted it back! I worked with a cyber wizard named Mona. She was very nice and patient with me and she solved everything. I would highly recommend this company if you have been hacked!!!
