App doesn't work and support doesn't listen
Like the other 1 star reviewers, I paid extra for a bright star and can not locate it using the app. I wait 24 hours to get each response from support and it is the same sentence everytime. "Use the app and follow the instructions". The app shows a map with the star, but no way to direct you to the star. I finally gave up, because the recipient's birthday has passed. I requested a refund.
I just downloaded a competitor's app and see that their app moves and turns when you do and always shows the exact point in the sky to look at. I checked to make sure that this app also had location services on and it did.
It is just plain broken. New iPhone. Up to date OS. Suffering with tech support for 2 weeks. What a waste. I would have given it more time had tech support actually cared. But again, just the same canned response over and over. The company loses a lot of points from this. They lose me and any future purchases they get a poor review. I will find another company that has no connection to this one.
