Thank you for making this possible. My mom passed away, and my daughter bought me the star for my birthday; I look forward to the night because I can see not only her star but all the stars. Unable to locate star
I’m mom passed away in 2003. I bought a star in her name on 2007. This I received my certificate with star number When I try to use the app to find the star it can’t be found. Heartbreaking

Every time we enter the registration number it can’t find the star. So disappointing as it was registered to removed our late daughter. ☹️

I can not contact support! I can’t find my star in the star finder. When contact support send an error message. This is a remembrance gift smh
