The app freezes and the crashes when I try to locate my star
Great concept, but app doesn’t work?
Do the developers know of the occurring issues within their app and freezing? I have a star bought for my girlfriend, but it misses the execution if I’m unable to find it using the application. Little bit of a failure on the company’s part to see the process all the way through, but miss on the app since we live in a society in which we’re tied to our phones.

Why is there a big panel over the screen?
When I am searching for my star I can’t always see the arrows clearly as there is a panel with my star details obstructing half the screen. If I get rid of screen it stops locating my star.

Basically a scam
I paid to have a star named to only not have the app work! The app freezes every time you do anything, yet if you don’t enter the star code it works fine. Interesting concept, Terrible, Terrible execution. Totally would not recommend.
It is ok it can’t really find my Star

App worked great
Was worried after reading some of the reviews but was able to find our constellation right away. Could see the stars clearly and was very happy.

Augment Reality does not work
I really was excited by the thought of registering a star for my wife and even paid extra to get the brightest possible star that they offer. However once I received my stars location number in the app I could not move the phone to locate my star. The way they advertise it is that you can actually see your star from wherever you are using the app which does not seem to be true. I contacted support and we went back-and-forth a couple of times I even sent him a video showing that it did not work and they did not have any resolution for me so I actually ended up canceling and getting a refund if you are looking to buy or register a star you should probably look elsewhere

Disappointing
Disappointing. We were given this star to remember my mother by her school friends and the app wouldn’t recognize the registration number. Not very good.
App not responsive and couldn’t locate my triplet daughters star
The app not only could not locate our Triple Triggers Star but it also never responded to aiming the phone at different parts of the sky. Very disappointed naming the star for the triple triggers band 316 year old girls on their birthday and this doesn’t work very disappointing.
